I, D. Aravinthan, is a physicist by profession. My area of research is spintronics and Nonlinear Dynamics. I have completed my Ph.D. in the emerging field of "Spintronics" under the supervision of Prof. M. Daniel at Centre for Nonlinear Dynamics, Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India. After Ph.D, I have worked as a Research Associate (Post-doc) under the Supervision of Prof. M. Lakshmanan (S.S. Bhatnagar Awardee, Professorof Eminence & SERB Distinguished Fellow) in Centre for Nonlinear Dynamics, Bharathidasan University, India. Then, I have worked as a Assistant Professor (On Contract) at Department of Physics, Central University of Tamilnadu, Thiruvarur during 2018-2019. Presently I am working as a Guest Faculty in the Department of Physics, Central University of Tamilnadu, Thiruvarur.
I was born to Devarasu and Vijayalaxmi in the hamlet of Iluppaiyur in Tiruchirappalli district, Tamil Nadu. I am an elder son of my parents and have a brother. I have married to Sivaranjani in June 2019.
